*Remember a web site is only as good as the information provided. I post the information for a site as I receive it. Please remember this when submitting photos and other information. When submitting photos, dark photos, distracting back ground images in photos, non flattering poses of the goats, etc. A web site is only as good as the information the owner submits to me to work with. I will do my best to lighten and crop photos. 

* Each site will consist of 3 initial pages. Additional pages may be added for a fee of $50.00 per page. Pages added AFTER the web site is completed and published will be at the rate of $100.00 per page.

* Updates will be priced on an individual basis, with a $10 per hour minimum.

* Expect updates to be posted within 36 hours after submitting. Updates will be posted as they are received.  If you submit an update with an error you will be charged for the correction of the update if it has been published to the site. There will be no charge for errors due to my mistake.

* Final Approval: While your site is being constructed, it will be linked to a separate web site for your review and approval.  After a site is completed and published you have five days to decide if you like the style and lay out of your site. If after the five days you wish to change the layout and style of your site, there will be an additional $300 fee for reconstructing the site.

*You have three weeks to provide all information for your web site, during the construction of you web site, If you go over 21 days and you are still sending items for your web site, it will no longer be considered as under construction.  You will be charged for these items as updates.

* Billing Cycle: You will receive a monthly statement via email. Your statement will have a detailed account of your updates. Accounts not paid by the due date will be suspended until payment is received. If you prefer to receive a statement via the US Postal Service, there will be an additional $2 fee.

* Flat monthly fee: After I have hosted your web site for one year and your site consists of at least eight pages, you may request this rate. Flat fee set on an individual basis.

* Payment plans are available, with prior approval. Those electing to use a payment plan must provide all information for their web site up front, and submit the annual hosting fee of $115. One half of the web site balance is due within 5 days of completion of the web site. The remaining balance is due within 30 days. Only the Home page will be published until the balance is paid in full.  If after 30 days, payment is not received the Home Page will be removed and the site will not be published until full payment has been received. 

* Web sites will be completed and published within approximately 30 days of receiving all information. Allowing that all information has been received and approval has been given.

*Final Approval: Final approval will constitute email or oral communication to publish the site.

*Little Lesia Web Design, and all those affiliated with Little Lesia Web Design, will not be liable for any transactions resulting from your web site.  Little Lesia Web Design, and all those affiliated, do not hold any interest to items published to the web site nor make any claims to the accuracy or quality of items listed. Sales and other agreements are between the owner and the buyer.
